Stainless steel spray towers, also known as stainless steel washing towers, stainless steel dust removal towers, stainless steel purification towers, desulfurization towers, swirl plate towers, etc., have different functions and effects due to their different shapes, workmanship, materials (such as 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel materials), and internal configurations.
The stainless steel spray tower is equipped with a packing layer, a swirl plate, and a defogging layer inside. Generally, the organic waste gas is treated from bottom to top with downward air inlet and upward air outlet. The waste gas is sucked into the stainless steel spray tower by a centrifugal fan under negative pressure. At the same time, the multiple swirl plates start to rotate under the negative pressure of the fan, driving the organic medicine balls on the swirl plate to make full contact with the waste gas, achieving the purpose of desulfurization and denitrification. At the same time, the upper spray layer continuously sprays water mist uniformly downwards, making the organic waste gas or particle dust fully contact with the water mist, which can achieve the effect of dust removal and cooling. The external equipment of the stainless steel spray tower includes a circulating pipeline and a circulating water pump, with an external water tank set up. Therefore, the particle residue sinks into the water tank under the action of gravity. After manual cleaning and removal, the water can continue to be recycled without the need for water replacement, saving costs and improving efficiency.
Application scope of stainless steel spray tower:
1) The treatment of various harmful gases such as acid mist (H2S04), hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen fluoride (HF), chromium acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), alkali vapor, and other water-soluble gases and odorous gases;
2) Deodorization device for sewage treatment plant;
3) Treatment of waste gas from leachate storage tanks in landfill sites;
4) Waste gas treatment from incinerators and industrial furnaces;
5) Semiconductor optoelectronics industry, printed circuit board industry, electroplating, pre-treatment, chemical industry, silicon material cleaning, printing industry and other exhaust treatment;
6) Cooling treatment of high-temperature exhaust gas;
7) Dust removal treatment of smoke and exhaust gas.
