Installation precautions for pulse bag filter

1. At the flange connection between the upper box of the pulse bag filter and the ash hopper (ash bin), it is recommended to press a sealing strip or packing, glass glue, to prevent finer dust from escaping from the gap.

2. It is better to fix the pulse bag filter to the ground with anchor bolts, and to lay a foundation or cement surface on the ground to ensure that the placement position is flat and not inclined.

3. Ladders and guardrails are generally welded to the box body. During installation, ensure that sparks do not run into the box body. If unsure, remove the dust removal bag and wait for the ladder and guardrail to be installed before installing the bag to prevent sparks from entering the box and burning the bag.

4. Before starting up and using the pulse bag filter, it is necessary to ensure that the air pump is ventilated, and then turn off the air pump after the fan and equipment are turned off.

5. The ash in the ash hopper (ash bin) should be cleaned regularly, and do not wait until it is full before cleaning to avoid affecting the effect.

6. The pressure for supplying gas to the equipment does not need to be too high. The working pressure of the pulse valve is only 4 kilograms, and the air pump can be between 0.6 and 0.9 cubic meters.

7. The inlet and outlet connections of pipelines and equipment should be tightly sealed.
