Combination wet desulfurization dust collector
The combined wet desulfurization dust collector is a type of wet desulfurization dust collector that combines dry dust removal and wet desulfurization dust removal. It adopts an optimized design scheme and adopts a multi-stage dust removal method, which not only improves the dust removal efficiency but also reduces the footprint.
Working principle of combined wet flue gas desulfurization and dust collector:
Dust laden flue gas or sulfide enters the inlet of the combined wet flue gas desulfurization and dust collector. Firstly, more than 90% of the coarse dust in the flue gas is removed by the lower dry dust collector. Then, the flue gas enters the diffusion chamber of the upper wet flue gas desulfurization and dust collector through a spiral straight pipe, and directly impacts the liquid surface with the dust and sulfide airflow. A large number of vortices and water splashes collide, causing larger dust particles to fall into the bottom water of the pool. The flue gas and tiny dust particles enter the droplet separation chamber, circulate and wash with the flue gas through the mixing spray device, fully contact and mix with the flue gas, diffuse and drift, and return to the flue gas vortex chamber. Under the condition of sharp turning to high airflow, they enter the air-water mist chamber, where the flue dust and sulfide are trapped and separated again. Under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan, the flue gas carries some water, gas and liquid droplets into the smoke collecting chamber through the air-water separation device, and the purified flue gas is discharged from the smoke outlet. At the same time, the sulfides in the flue gas undergo a circulating washing reaction with a dosing balance tank containing lime milk or alkali, generating calcium sulfite crystals mixed with plaster and settling in the water. They are discharged into the sedimentation tank through a discharge valve.
Performance characteristics of combined wet flue gas desulfurization and dust collector:
1. Adopting various dust removal mechanisms such as dry cyclone separation, inertial settling, and wet spray dust removal to remove and desulfurize dusty flue gas;
2. Reasonably combine the dry and wet dust removal parts, adopt optimized design, and adopt a multi-stage dust removal method for one machine to improve efficiency and reduce footprint;
3. Internal adoption and technology have improved the product's lifespan;
4. The dry dust removal part of the dust collector separates the dust in the dust containing flue gas of the boiler, so that the dust content of the flue gas entering the wet dust removal will be very small, which can save water and avoid secondary pollution of drainage; In addition, sufficient lime milk and alkaline water can be supplied to enhance the desulfurization effect of flue gas. The spray water can be recycled, and the size of the sedimentation tank can be relatively small. The dredging interval time can also be relatively long, reducing the labor intensity of employees and reducing secondary pollution of circulating water;
5. The designed gas-water separation device is coated with a coating layer on the inner surface of the wet flue gas desulfurization cylinder and inlet/outlet flue;
6. Due to the less dust in the circulating water and the less sludge settled in the sedimentation tank, the operating cycle is longer and the cleaning cycle is also longer.
