WLS shaftless screw conveyor
WLS shaftless screw conveyor is a new type of screw conveyor, manufactured and designed in accordance with standards. Compared to shaftless screw conveyor, it adopts a shaftless design and uses flexible integral steel screws to push materials. Therefore, shaftless screw conveyor has the following outstanding advantages: strong resistance to winding, no shaft interference, and excellent performance in conveying belt shaped and easily winding materials. The WLS shaftless screw conveyor mainly consists of a driving device, a head assembly, a casing, a shaftless spiral body, a groove lining plate, a feeding port, a discharging port, a machine cover (when required), a base, etc. The driving device adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a shaft mounted hard tooth gear reducer. When designing, the driving device should be set at the discharge port end as much as possible, so that the spiral body is in a tensile state during operation.
