Large pulse dust collector
The large pulse dust collector contains dust and smoke that passes through the filtering material, and the dust particles are filtered out. The filtering material mainly captures coarse-grained dust through inertial collision, while capturing fine-grained dust mainly relies on diffusion and screening. The dust layer of the filter material also has a certain filtering effect. The dust removal effect of a bag filter is related to various factors, but mainly depends on the filter material. The filter material of a bag filter is a cloth or felt woven from synthetic fibers, natural fibers, or glass fibers.
Sew the fabric or felt into cylindrical or flat filter bags as needed. Select filter media suitable for application conditions based on the properties of the flue gas. Usually, when the flue gas temperature is below 120 ℃ and the filter material is required to have acid resistance and durability, polyester velvet cloth and polyester needle punched felt are often used; When dealing with high-temperature flue gas (<250 ℃), graphite glass fiber cloth is mainly used; In certain special circumstances, carbon fiber filter materials may be used. It is important to control the speed of smoke passing through the filter material (called filtration speed) during the operation of a bag filter.
The large-scale pulse dust collector is a new and efficient pulse bag dust removal equipment developed by drawing on advanced technologies at home and abroad. It is a new and efficient bag type large-scale pulse dust collector developed on the basis of conventional bag pulse dust collectors. It not only combines the characteristics of chamber backflushing and pulse cleaning, but also overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient intensity of ordinary chamber backflushing and the re attachment of general pulse cleaning dust. It also lengthens the filter bag and fully utilizes the strong cleaning effect of compressed air. It is a large-scale dust removal equipment with high dust removal efficiency, small footprint, stable operation, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in industries such as metallurgy, casting, building materials, mining, and chemical industry.
It is suitable for capturing small, dry, and non fibrous dust. The filter bag [3] is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the large and heavy particles of dust settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer powder dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.
The dust removal efficiency of general new filter materials is not high enough. After using the filter material for a period of time, due to screening, collision, retention, diffusion, static electricity and other effects, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface area of the filter bag. This layer of dust is called the initial layer. In the subsequent movement process, the initial layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material. With the action of the initial layer, filter materials with larger mesh holes can also achieve higher filtration efficiency.
As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the bag filter increase accordingly. When the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material is large, some small dust particles that have already attached to the filter material will be squeezed, causing a decrease in the efficiency of the bag filter. In addition, excessive resistance of the bag filter can significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the bag filter reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clean the dust in a timely manner. When cleaning, the initial layer should not be damaged to avoid a decrease in efficiency.
