Pulse dust collector in compound fertilizer plant
Pulse dust collectors in compound fertilizer plants have made great contributions to our production and daily life. However, in the daily operation of pulse dust collectors in compound fertilizer plants, certain faults or changes in operating conditions will affect the working performance and normal operation of the equipment. Regular inspections and appropriate adjustments should be carried out, and measures for bag dust collectors in compound fertilizer plants should be taken to extend the service life of dust removal filters, reduce power consumption, and recover useful materials.
When dealing with combustion gases or high-temperature gases, unburned dust, sparks, combustible and explosive gases often enter the system. Some dust has the property of spontaneous combustion or electrification, so it is necessary to take measures to prevent combustion, explosion, and fire accidents in composite fertilizer dust collectors.
The pulse dust collector in the compound fertilizer plant adopts the technology of offline dust removal in separate rooms, gradually spraying the powder on the outer surface of the dust removal bag in separate rooms and bags. It has the advantages of good dust removal, filtration, and purification efficiency, and the collected powder can be returned to the working room through the discharge device for secondary utilization.
The pulse dust collector in a compound fertilizer plant is characterized by high dust emissions, high hydrolysis of powder when exposed to moisture, and easy adhesion during the production process of compound fertilizers Laminated filter cloth allows the powder to adhere to the surface of the bag without entering the filter layer, making dust removal easier, reducing dust resistance, and increasing the breathability of the bag. The high-temperature hot melt automatic control welding technology solves the problems of thread opening and breakage caused by corrosion in the production of dust removal bags during sewing.
The pulse dust collector in the compound fertilizer plant adds a guide pipe in the dust cleaning filter bag mouth to guide the instantaneous jet air flow into the dust removal bag correctly. Due to the use of a streamlined necking design in the guide pipe, the pressure of the jet air flow is increased, making the dust cleaning process more efficient.
The pulse dust collector of a compound fertilizer plant operates stably for a long time under high humidity and dusty flue gas conditions, avoiding the hydrolysis of dust and the formation of sticky bags. To prevent dust adhesion from causing faults in the ash conveying and unloading system, as well as serious dust accumulation in pipelines, and to achieve maintenance and replacement of dust collectors and accessories without stopping, thereby reducing the failure rate.
The application of pulse dust collectors in the compound fertilizer industry is not limited to the role of controlling the production environment, but has gradually become a key equipment in the multiple functions of tail gas treatment, dust recycling and reuse, and environmental governance in the compound fertilizer production line.
The acceleration of pulse dust collectors in compound fertilizer plants has led to an increase in production line output and production lines of various compound fertilizer manufacturers. However, most of the dust generated during the compound fertilizer production process is mainly treated by cyclone dust collectors. Due to outdated technology and poor dust collection ability, the dust removal effect of cyclone dust collectors cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection departments and manufacturers.
According to the on-site investigation by our company's technical personnel, there are several issues with the compound fertilizer production line:
1. The equipment that generates dust on the production line includes roller screens, vibrating screens, vulcanization beds, and belt conveyors;
2. The pipeline is long and has high resistance, and the pipeline design is unreasonable;
3. The properties of compound fertilizer dust are easy to absorb moisture, and when the weather is cloudy and rainy, and the air moisture content is high, it is easy to hydrolyze and cause the dust collector to become sticky, affecting the production line output;
4. The working state of the dust collector is crucial in the operation of the entire production line. Once the production line is started, it is not easy to stop, so the long-term normal operation of the dust collector is important.
