Low pressure jet pulse bag filter
Low pressure jet pulse bag filter is a small pulse bag filter that uses pulse cleaning method. It has the advantages of compact structure, simple cleaning method, convenient filter bag replacement, and dust collection. It is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, building materials and other industrial and mining enterprises.
Low pressure pulse jet long bag dust collector is a new type of bag dust removal equipment developed on the basis of summarizing various bag dust collectors. It adopts offline low-pressure pulse valve jet cleaning technology to prevent dust re attachment and loss of control, enhance the cleaning effect of filter bags, improve filtration speed, save cleaning energy consumption, and extend the service life of filter bags. At the same time, a PLC programmable controller is used to automatically control the entire process of ash cleaning and transportation.
The working principle of low-pressure pulse jet long bag dust removal equipment:
This dust removal equipment mainly consists of an ash hopper, a filter chamber, a clean air chamber, a bracket, a lifting valve, a spray cleaning device, and other parts. During work, dusty gases enter the ash hopper through the air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while smaller particles enter the filter chamber with the airflow turning upwards and are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. Purified flue gas enters the bag and enters the outlet through the bag mouth and air purification chamber, where it is discharged through the exhaust outlet. As the filtration continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the equipment resistance increases accordingly. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, a cleaning operation should be carried out to remove the accumulated dust on the surface of the filter bag.
Performance characteristics of low-pressure pulse jet long bag dust removal equipment:
The entire operation process of the dust collector using a PLC programmable controller. The bag filter adopts low-pressure pulse spraying technology for dust removal and low energy consumption. Use a straight through low-pressure pulse valve. The injection pressure is only 0.2-0.4 MPa, with low resistance, fast opening and closing, and cleaning of dust. Due to the good cleaning effect and long cleaning cycle, the energy consumption of reverse blowing gas is reduced. The filter bag is easy to install and remove, and the upper suction method is used for fixation. When changing the bag, the filter bag skeleton is extracted from the clean air chamber of the dust removal equipment, and the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper, which is then taken out through the inlet hole of the ash hopper, creating a bag changing environment. The filter bag is fixed on the flower board hole by the elastic expansion ring at the bag mouth, which is firmly fixed and has good sealing performance. Moreover, the pulse valve has a long service life and good performance. Due to the low injection pressure, the diaphragm of the pulse valve bears lower pressure and impact force during opening and closing. At the same time, due to the long cleaning cycle, the number of times the pulse valve is opened is correspondingly reduced, thereby extending the service life of the pulse valve and improving its usability. The equipment has low operating resistance and good spraying effect. The dust removal equipment adopts a chamber pulse back blowing offline dust cleaning method, which avoids the phenomenon of dust being repeatedly adsorbed, improves the effect of pulse jet cleaning, and reduces the resistance of the bag. The air duct adopts a collection pipe layout, with a compact structure.
