High temperature fiberglass cloth bag
High temperature fiberglass cloth bags, also known as fiberglass dust removal cloth bags, are heat-resistant dust removal cloth bags that can be used for a long time below 260 ℃. They are also relatively inexpensive and have ideal breathability, so they are widely used in many industries. Fiberglass dust removal cloth bags are divided into two types: one is made of needle punched felt material and the other is made of woven fabric. They are selected for use according to different working conditions. Fiberglass is made by continuous weaving of twisted yarn woven fabric. Fiberglass woven dust removal cloth bags are specially treated and can be divided into two series: graphite treatment and silicone oil treatment. Fiberglass filter materials have high temperature resistance and good resistance. The characteristics of high-temperature fiberglass cloth bags:
1. High temperature fiberglass cloth bags can be used for a long time at a temperature of 260 ℃, with good chemical resistance and thermal stability. At 300 ℃, the shrinkage of fiberglass is close to zero, with good resistance to condensation and dust peeling, and low energy consumption for cleaning; It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and shrinkage, and high strength of fiberglass fabrics. Moreover, the felt layer fibers bear single fibers, have a three-dimensional microporous structure, high porosity, and low resistance to gas filtration. It is a relatively high-speed and high-temperature filtering material.
2. High temperature fiberglass cloth bags have strong stability, and the fiberglass itself does not shrink within the standard temperature;
3. High temperature fiberglass cloth bags have strong corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance;
4. Dust is easy to peel off;
5. High filtration efficiency, can reach over 90%;
6. Widely used for industrial dust removal in ceramics, cement, calcium carbide, steel, smelting, carbon black, ferroalloys, and other industries.
