Room temperature polyester needle punched felt bag
Compared to other ordinary felt filter fabrics, room temperature polyester needle punched felt bags have advantages such as high porosity, good breathability, high dust removal efficiency, and long service life.
Room temperature polyester needle punched felt bags have moderate temperature resistance and are commonly used at medium to normal temperature conditions. They can be used at temperatures up to 150 ℃ and are resistant to acid and alkali, with excellent wear resistance.
The room temperature polyester needle punched felt bag is suitable for continuous working temperature of 80 ℃ and instantaneous temperature of 90 ℃. The characteristics of polyester filter bags are good dimensional stability, high strength, and low elongation. In addition, the surface of the polyester filter bag is smooth, easy to remove dust, reduces operating resistance, and has good comprehensive chemical resistance.
Replacing wear-resistant polyester filter bags:
Room temperature polyester needle punched felt bag is a widely used felt filter material. The damage and wear of polyester filter bags always account for a large part of the maintenance cost of filter bags. Therefore, the precautions for polyester filter bags are to adjust the exhaust flow rate of the dust collector. When the flow rate is high, an automatic flow control system should be added to ensure that the dust collector can operate at a stable gas volume. Uneven air intake can easily cause certain parts of the bag to be impacted, leading to bag perforation and damage. At this point, a distribution guide plate should be installed at the air inlet.
