The structural feature is a type of unloading and coal separation machinery, which has the advantages of absolute self-locking, no internal and external leakage, great overload capacity, and smooth operation.

Structural function

1) Electrohydraulic push rod: used to provide the power required for system operation. Compact structure, stepless speed regulation, capable of automatic unloading in case of system abnormalities.

2) Big rocker arm: a component that changes the direction of speed. This component transforms the linear motion provided by the push rod into a circular axis motion that rotates around a fixed axis.

3) Plow head: The specific working component of the system. The most important component in this unloader is driven by the rocker arm to perform lifting motion and achieve unloading work

4) Small rocker arm: drag mechanism. Rotate synchronously with the large rocker arm to drag the frame up and down.

5) Frame: Supporting structure. Under the drive of the small rocker arm, perform lifting and lowering movements, responsible for supporting the plow head in working state and smoothly transitioning the adhesive tape in non working state.

6) Variable groove angle roller group: tape anti deviation and transition device. Driven by a small car to achieve a groove angle that matches the front and rear of the unloader with the tape machine, preventing the tape from deviating.

Structural characteristics

The structural characteristics further overcome the shortcomings of all old-fashioned unloaders. Due to the improvement of three different installation methods: front and rear double plow heads, locking devices, dual-purpose manual and electric, and mechanical self-locking, it is the most advanced unloading and coal separation machinery in China.

1. The plow head is divided into a front plow head made of high chromium alloy or asbestos material and a rear plow head made of wear-resistant rubber plate, making unloading cleaner.

2. The locking device added to the plow head is a mechanical grabbing and pulling type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade to get the best surface close to the belt. During operation, the plow blade will not lift or shake due to the impact force of coal, avoiding tearing, wear and coal leakage of the belt.

3. The driving part is the latest product in China, which is a mechanical electro-hydraulic push rod for both manual and electric purposes. Overcoming the shortcomings of electric push rods such as poor overload capacity, easy burning of motors, jamming, and top bending of screw rods, as well as new drawbacks such as internal and external leakage, non self-locking, sliding, and crawling of ordinary electro-hydraulic push rods. The dual-purpose mechanical electro-hydraulic push rod for flashlights has advantages such as absolute self-locking, no internal and external leakage, great overload capacity, and smooth operation.

4. The installation methods are divided into three types: A, B, and C. The electro-hydraulic push rod can be placed on the upper part of the coal separator and installed vertically. There are three options for installing the tape on both sides, which is greatly convenient for customers.

5. The air lock flap is made of high manganese chromium wear-resistant material, which extends its service life by 20 years and reduces maintenance costs.

6. The use of gas locking part: (1) Make the material evenly distributed to prevent deviation, sticking, and scattering along the way. (2) Reduce induced blowing to reduce its deceleration to below 10% of the original speed. (3) Suitable for conveying sticky materials, wet materials, bulk materials, powdered materials, to prevent sticking and blockage.
