GXCD series tubular electrostatic precipitator
The GXCD series tubular electrostatic precipitator was successfully developed by Xi'an Heavy Machinery Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. It adopts a tubular three electric structure, which has a wide adaptability to capturing and collecting dust. At the same time, an appropriate pre charge is added at the inlet, which can achieve high dust removal efficiency with a short electric field. The entire electric field is solid, and the design efficiency is within the range of -95.5%. Moreover, the price is relatively low. When determining the treatment efficiency, it is necessary to follow the principle of economic emission standards, and choose a lower efficiency as much as possible while meeting the emission standards. It is an ideal dust removal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The dust removal principle of the GXCD series tubular electrostatic precipitator:
The metal tubes in the GXCD series tubular electrostatic precipitators settle into circular or hexagonal shapes, while the corona is located in the tubes. During the dust removal process of a tubular electrostatic precipitator, dusty gas enters the interior of the precipitator from the lower duct and flows towards the electric field in the tubular settling. The separated gas is discharged through the top duct. The corona located in the settlement is all mounted together on the bracket, and the hanging wire is placed on the insulator. In order to avoid contamination by dust particles and erosion by gas, the insulator is placed inside the dust collector box for protection. The dust particles that settle inside the pipe are shaken off by an automatic vibration device struck by a hammer, and then fall into a conical ash hopper. This type of electrostatic precipitator is suitable for purifying and removing various types of dust or smoke in the gas, and can achieve full automation of operation.
The scope of use of GXCD series tubular electrostatic precipitators:
1. Industrial and heating coal-fired boilers, heavy oil boilers.
2. Building materials: dry and wet cement rotary kilns, machine vertical kilns, raw and clinker mills, raw material dryers and cement packaging machines.
3. Nonferrous smelting: sintering of copper, lead, zinc, copper smelting furnaces, electric arc furnaces, reflecting furnaces, etc.
4. Metallurgy: Iron ore sintering machine (head and tail), blast furnace, open hearth furnace, coke oven, converter, electric arc furnace, and refractory material industry.
