Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve
The right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system. Its air outlet and air inlet form a 90 degree angle, so it is called a right angle electromagnetic pulse valve. It is controlled by the output signal of the pulse spraying control instrument, and sprays clean dust into the filter bag row by row (room) to maintain the pressure of the dust collector within the set range, ensuring the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector.
The characteristic of a right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is that the air inlet and outlet pipes of the valve are at a 90 degree right angle. The diaphragm inside the valve divides the pulse valve into two chambers, front and back. High pressure gas enters the lower chamber through the intake port. When the pulse valve is not powered on, the gas enters the pressure reducing chamber through the constant pressure pipeline and the throttle hole in the upper and lower shells. Due to the valve core blocking the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, making the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber and the lower chamber consistent. However, under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the blowing port and the gas will not rush out. When the pulse valve is powered on, the valve core is lifted upwards under the action of electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole opens, and gas sprays out. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipeline throttle hole, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow speed of gas in the constant pressure pipeline of the pressure reducing chamber, causing the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber to be lower than that in the lower chamber. The gas in the lower chamber lifts the diaphragm and opens the blowing port.
The right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is the actuator and key component of the pulse jet cleaning device, mainly divided into three types: right angle, submerged, and through. The electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter cleaning and spraying system. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse valve spraying control instrument, one end of the pulse valve is connected to a compressed air bag, and the other end is connected to a spraying pipe. The back pressure chamber of the pulse valve is connected to a control valve, and the pulse control instrument controls the opening of the control valve and pulse valve. When the control instrument has no signal output, the exhaust port of the control valve is closed, and the pulse valve nozzle is in a closed state; When the control instrument sends a signal, the control exhaust port is opened, and the pressure of the gas outside the back pressure of the pulse valve is reduced. A pressure difference is generated on both sides of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is displaced due to the pressure difference. The pulse valve sprays open, and compressed air is sprayed out from the air bag through the small hole of the spray pipe through the pulse valve (the gas sprayed out from the spray pipe is primary air). Pulse valve lifespan: Five years of use under standardized installation, correct use, and reasonable maintenance conditions.
The valve body and valve cover of the electromagnetic pulse valve are made of aluminum alloy die casting, and after surface treatment, they have good anti-corrosion performance. The diaphragm and sealing gasket adopt a new process of vulcanization and composite. The electromagnetic pilot head is composed of high-efficiency magnetic materials and stainless steel magnetic isolation materials, and the springs and fasteners are made of stainless steel materials. The connecting pipe of the air distribution box (air bag) and the spray pipe of the dust collector are respectively inserted into the inlet and outlet of the valve. And tighten the two end compression nuts to seal. We can provide valves in three specifications, 20, 25, and 40S, for various pulse bag filters with different processing (purification) air volumes to choose from. The valve body and valve cover are die cast tightly, with transparent paint covering the surface to improve corrosion resistance. The sealing gasket on the membrane is made of metal and rubber composite, with good rigidity and no leakage. The electromagnetic pilot head has a large suction force and sensitive and reliable action. The valve has good opening performance and can open normally at 85% of the rated voltage. The valve has good closing performance and can be reliably closed at a pressure of 0.15Mpa.
