HD single machine dust collector
The HD single machine dust collector is designed specifically for the top, bottom, belt conveyor, and local dust sources of cement plants. It can also be used for local dust source dust removal in other industries. The single machine dust collector filter box includes a shell, a flower plate, an internal filter bag, a hanging bag hook, and an inspection door. The shaking device for cleaning and shaking includes a swinging motor, a connecting rod structure, and a shaking and swinging shaft. The fan section includes an exhaust fan and belt transmission device, a motor, and an air outlet pipe. A single bag filter has the advantages of small volume, large processing air volume, compact structure, and convenient use. The dust coming down from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse or fall directly onto the belt. Dust containing gas enters the dust collector from the lower part of the dust collector, is filtered by the dust removal filter bag, and the clean air is collected and discharged by the induced draft fan. After the bag filter works for a period of time, the dust on the filter bag gradually increases, causing the resistance of the filter bag to increase. It is necessary to clean the dust. After the cleaning is completed, the dust collector works normally again.
The HD single machine dust collector is widely used in the cement industry, as well as in the casting industry, ceramic industry, glass industry, grinding wheel manufacturing, chemical products, mechanical processing and other industries for dust removal. This HD single machine dust collector product has good dust removal effects compared to heavy metal cutting, casting sand, and medium density dust, such as cement, ceramic raw material dust, pigments, bakelite powder, plastic powder, as well as light density wood processing dust, with emission concentrations meeting emission requirements.
The structural characteristics of HD single machine dust collector:
The basic structure of the HD single machine dust collector consists of three components: a fan, a box body, and an ash door. Each component is installed in a vertical frame, and the structure is compact. The structural characteristics of each component are as follows:
1. The fan components adopt universal standard fans for easy maintenance and replacement, and adopt isolation facilities with low noise;
2. The filter material used is the "729" cylindrical filter bag, which has good filtering effect and long service life:
3. The dust cleaning mechanism is a method of using an electric motor to drive the side rod mechanism, causing the filter bag to shake and the inner surface of the filter bag to shake. The control device has two types: control or self-control. The length of the cleaning time is adjusted by a time relay (the electric control box is matched with the dust collector);
4. The ash door adopts two types of structures: suction door and ash door, which are convenient for dust removal.
Instructions for using HD single machine dust collector:
1. The cover of the electrical control box of the unit should not be opened arbitrarily during operation. If it is necessary to adjust the cleaning time or repair the circuit, the machine should be stopped or the power should be cut off before starting work.
2. Adjust the timing of dust cleaning based on the nature of the dust and the concentration of dust.
3. The vacuum hood is a key accessory for the unit to be in good condition. The user should design the ideal vacuum hood according to the principles of ventilation, proximity, and sealing based on the external dimensions of the processed parts and the nature of the dust.
4. The HD single machine dust collector unit is installed near the mechanical equipment that generates dust, and users can prepare metal or plastic suction pipes and hoods according to the size of the air inlet on the dust collector unit (or contact the manufacturer when placing an order to prepare on their behalf).
5. Before starting the operation of the unit, check whether the maintenance door and flange connections are sealed to prevent leakage and reduce the dust removal effect.
