The MZ buried scraper conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses a moving scraper chain to transport powder, small particles, small pieces and other loose materials in a closed rectangular cross-section shell. Because the scraper chain is completely buried in the material during transportation, it is called a buried scraper conveyor.

The characteristics of MZ buried scraper conveyor:

1. Simple structure, light weight, small volume, good sealing, and convenient installation and maintenance;

2. Suitable for arrangements with large or vertical inclinations, with an inclination angle of 30 degrees ≤ a ≤ 90 degrees. The conveying height of a single equipment shall not exceed 30 meters;

3. Capable of adding and unloading materials at multiple points, with a more flexible process layout;

4. Due to the enclosed shell, significant working conditions can be achieved during material transportation to prevent environmental pollution.

The MZ buried scraper conveyor is widely used in industries such as chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, light industry, grain, pharmaceutical, transportation, water and electricity, etc., to transport dust like, small particle like, and small block like materials.

Material particle size: not exceeding 1/18 of the machine slot density, and this part of the material does not exceed 10% of the total volume.
