Structural characteristics of rubber factory dust collector:

1. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, the framework is removed during bag replacement, and the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box, which is taken out from the manhole to meet the operating conditions for bag replacement.

2. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance. It is currently the world's inlet and guide technology, which evenly distributes the energy of dusty gases throughout the entire box, improves filtration performance, and also extends the service life of the bag.

3. The opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and making it easy to unload the bag.

Working principle of rubber factory dust collector:

Dust containing gas enters the middle and lower box through the inlet of the dust collector, and enters the upper box through the dust removal bag due to various effects of the dust removal bag. Separate the dust and gas, and the dust is sucked onto the dust removal bag. The gas passes through the dust removal bag and enters the upper box through a Venturi tube, and is discharged from the air outlet. During the process of purifying dusty gases through dust removal bags, as time goes on, more and more dust accumulates on the bags, causing the resistance of the bags to gradually increase and the amount of gas passing through them to gradually decrease. In order to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector, the resistance should be controlled within a limited range (generally>120-150 millimeters of water column). When the resistance rises to a limited range, the pulse controller will issue instructions to sequentially trigger each electromagnetic pulse valve and open it. The compressed air inside the air bag is sprayed from each hole of the blowing tube through a Venturi tube into the corresponding dust removal bag. The dust removal bag rapidly expands under the instantaneous reverse action of the airflow, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the dust removal bag to fall off, and the dust removal bag returns to its initial filtering state. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine body through the ash discharge system. Due to the regular accumulation of dust on the dust removal bag, the purified gas passes through normally and the dust collector works normally.

Working principle of rubber factory dust collector:

(1) Filtering principle: Under the action of the main fan of the system, dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector, passes through the airflow homogenization device, and then enters the ash hopper downwards. Due to the slowing flow rate, combined with the inertia and self weight of dust, large particles of dust in the gas are separated by the inertia and directly fall into the ash hopper. Dust containing gas enters the filter bag filtration area after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag and the dust is left on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the purification chamber through the filter bag opening and is then discharged through the air outlet.

(2) Ash cleaning principle: With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continuously thickens and the resistance increases. When the resistance reaches the set value, the ash cleaning device begins to clean the dust. During ash cleaning, compressed air passes through each pulse valve in a short and sequential manner, and is sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle of the blowing pipe, causing the filter bag to expand and produce vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.

(3) Dust collection: The dust intercepted by the filter bag and dust cleaning device falls into the ash hopper and is then centrally discharged from the ash hopper mouth.
