Combination filter cartridge dust collector
The combined filter cartridge dust collector is suitable for mixing operations, powder feeding operations, bagging operations, sandblasting operations, circuit board processing operations, metal processing operations, mixing operations, drilling operations, cutting operations, crushing operations, stone carving operations, and polishing operations.
Working principle of combined filter cartridge dust collector:
During normal operation, dusty gas enters the dust collector from the top inlet and passes through the filter cartridge. During this process, dust is captured and collected on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and clean air enters the clean air chamber through the filter cartridge before being discharged through the outlet. When cleaning the filter cartridge, the control timer will automatically select one or more pairs of filter cartridges for cleaning. At this time, the controller will open the electromagnetic pulse valve, and high-pressure air will directly enter the selected filter cartridge to blow away the dust collected on the surface of the filter cartridge. Dust flows in the direction of the main airflow and falls into the ash hopper under the influence of gravity.
Characteristics of combined filter cartridge dust collector:
1. Purification and low operating costs
The combination filter cartridge dust collector uses a filter cartridge made from existing filter media. For dust removal of 0.5 microns or more, the amazing filtration efficiency of the filter cartridge lies in the action of a layer of fibers adhered to the surface of the filter media, which is loaded onto the surface of the filter media through the process to achieve filtration of submicron particles. Due to the fact that dust does not penetrate deeply into the interior of the filter material, this structure is conducive to the easy detachment of dust during the reverse air pulse cleaning process, resulting in a service life of 2-3 years for the filter cartridge. At the same time, the operating resistance of the equipment is 500-800Pa, the initial resistance is below 200Pa, and the high resistance is 1500Pa. The operating resistance is small, energy-saving, and the operating cost is low. The power consumption of a typical filter cartridge dust collector is 2/3 of that of a bag filter.
2. Large filtration area and small equipment volume
Due to the large filtration area of a single filter cartridge, the external size of the filter is greatly reduced. Generally, under the same conditions, the volume of the filter cartridge dust collector is 1/3 to 1/4 of the volume of the bag dust collector. It can be installed anywhere in the workshop without being affected by volume and height.
3. Equipment operation and maintenance are simple
The filtering wind speed on the surface of the filter cartridge is lower than 1.0m/min, which is much lower than the filtering wind speed of 5-8m/min of the bag filter, reducing the phenomenon of dust ignition and explosion caused by friction. At the same time, the wind speed inside the filter cartridge is low, and the dust damage to the filter cartridge is small, resulting in a longer service life of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge has excellent dust collection and cleaning capabilities, so the maintenance cycle of the filter cartridge is relatively long, usually cleaning every 2-3 months. The maintenance of the filter cartridge is simple and convenient. When cleaning the filter cartridge, all filter cartridges can be easily removed from the outside of the body, and can even be disassembled and replaced without the need for tools.
