Sedimentation filter cartridge dust collector
During the dust removal process of the sedimentation filter cartridge dust collector, the pulse control instrument is connected to the power of an electromagnetic pulse valve, causing the corresponding diaphragm valve to spray pulse high-pressure air. The high-pressure air passes through the filter cartridge from inside to outside, removing the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the dust particles fall into the dust hopper before entering the ash collection bucket.
The pressure of compressed air in the sedimentation filter cartridge dust collector can be adjusted to 6kg/cm2. The compressed air pressure of 6kg/cm2 to 7kg/cm2 is a standard set value that can meet the requirements of dust removal function. The smaller the set value of compressed air pressure, the smaller the air consumption of the pulse valve. The pulse blowing control instrument can generally be adjusted to clean a row of filter elements every two minutes, that is, to connect a pulse valve every two minutes. The cleaning energy needs to be increased, which can increase the pressure of compressed air, but should not exceed 7kg/cm2.
When the filter cartridge is placed diagonally or horizontally, a portion of the airflow in the dust collector winds around the bottom of the filter cartridge for filtration. And utilizing the downstream can enhance the dust removal effect of the device. It adopts a modular assembly structure and a good air pattern, with a filtration area to volume ratio of 30-40 times that of traditional filter bags, reaching 300m2/m3. At the same time, it has a small volume and high space utilization rate. In addition, the sinking flow filter cartridge dust collector adopts a folding form to prevent the filter material, with high density, creating a large filtration area in limited space, reducing filtration speed, resource waste and operating costs, extending equipment life and maintaining the overall structure.
Under normal operation, the precipitating filter cartridge dust collector allows dusty air to enter the HR type dust collector through the top inlet, then disperse downwards through the guide plate and pass through the filter element. The dust is then blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, and the filtered clean air enters the clean air chamber through the filter element and is discharged through the outlet pipe.
The main characteristics of sedimentation filter cartridge dust collector:
1. The pressure difference is small, and a reasonable inlet design makes the airflow distribution inside the body more uniform and reduces airflow resistance. Under normal operating conditions, the pressure drop between the air inlet and outlet flanges is 800-1000Pa, and the filtering wind speed is 0.5-1.5m/min.
2. The filter cartridge filter media is made of cellulose filaments, which are coated with resin on the outside and have high filtration efficiency. The dust removal efficiency for 0.5um dust particles is, and for 0.5-10um dust particles, the dust removal efficiency is 99. When the inlet dust concentration is less than 1000mg/m3, the emitted clean air dust concentration is less than 3mg/m3.
3. Reasonable aerodynamic design, under normal operation, dusty air enters the dust collector through the top or side, and after filtering, clean air enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the lower side of the dust collector. Dust particles are easily separated in the downward airflow.
4. A flexible modular structure that combines various modules flexibly according to different production requirements to form a complete dust collector. The external maintenance door and the flat reinforced support sleeve make it easy to disassemble and replace the filter cartridge.
