TD belt bucket elevator
The TD type bucket elevator consists of a running section (hopper and traction tape), an upper section with a transmission drum, a lower section with a tensioning drum, an intermediate casing, a driving device, a reverse braking device, etc. It is suitable for conveying loose density ρ < 1.5t/m3 powder, granular and small pieces of non abrasive and semi abrasive loose materials, such as coal, sand, coke powder, cement, crushed ore, etc. upwards.
TD type bucket elevator structural form: The transmission device of TD type bucket elevator has two forms, which are respectively equipped with YZ type reducer ZQ (or YY) type reducer. The YZ type shaft reducer is directly installed on the spindle head, eliminating the need for transmission platforms, couplings, etc., resulting in a compact structure and light weight. Moreover, it is equipped with an irregular roller backstop device inside. This reducer has low noise, smooth operation, and floats with the spindle, allowing for installation of stress.
The TD type bucket elevator has the following characteristics:
1. The conveying capacity is large, and the TD type with the same bucket width has nearly doubled the conveying capacity compared to the D type.
2. The traction component adopts rubber conveyor belt, which has high tensile strength and long service life.
3. The overall structure of the machine is simple, easy to install, and easy to adjust, repair, and maintain.
4. The traction component is a low alloy circular chain, which, after appropriate heat treatment, has high tensile strength and durability, and a long service life.
