HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular gap jet pulse bag filter
HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular gap jet pulse bag filter is specially designed for the top and bottom of cement plant warehouses. Designed for belt conveyor and local dust source dust removal. It can also be used for local dust source dust removal in other industries. The HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular gap jet pulse bag filter has the advantages of small volume, large processing air volume, compact structure, and convenient use. The dust coming down from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse or fall directly onto the belt. Dust containing gas enters the dust collector from the lower part, is filtered by the filter bag, and clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. After a period of operation, the dust on the dust removal cloth bag (filter bag) gradually increases, causing the negative force of the filter bag to rise. It is necessary to clean the dust. After the cleaning is completed, the dust collector will resume normal operation.
The HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular jet pulse bag filter is designed based on the principle of annular jet, with a large amount of airflow injection and good cleaning effect. The advantage of this pulse bag filter lies in the configuration of an annular gap injector, a double diaphragm pulse valve, and a detachable plug-in pipe to form a spraying mechanism; At the same time, a seal that relies on its own weight and negative pressure to remove the cover of the box is also designed. In addition, the control system of HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular gap jet pulse bag filter adopts integrated circuits and thyristor contactless switch circuits. Through the constant pressure difference control technology, the spraying cycle is automatically adjusted according to the resistance of the bag pulse filter, reducing the consumption of energy and vulnerable parts.
Working principle of HD (HZ) - II2-12 annular gap jet pulse bag filter:
The annular jet bag filter is similar to the pulse jet bag filter. The difference lies in replacing the sprayed Venturi tube with an annular gap inducer. This type of annular gap inducer is actually a type of annular gap Venturi tube, with a circular channel connected to the nozzle at the top and a thin annular gap connected to the throat at the bottom of the channel. During ash cleaning, compressed air enters the annular channel through a blowing pipe and is sprayed into the throat through the annular gap, while inducing surrounding air to enter the filter bag together. Due to the compressed air entering the annular channel being a pulse high-pressure airflow, the compressed air ejected from the narrow gap and the induced secondary airflow are also a pulse airflow.
Due to the larger cross-sectional area of the throat of the annular gap Venturi tube compared to that of the injection Venturi tube, under the same injection pressure or air flow rate, the former induces an air volume 3-4 times greater than the latter, and its resistance is only 1/4-1/5 of the latter. The filtering wind speed of the dust collector bag can be increased by 50% -60% compared to the spray type dust collector, and the compressed air volume only increases by 1/4.
