Installation method of pulse valve for bag filter

First, install the pulse valve after confirming that it is intact and undamaged. The specific installation method is as follows:

1. The pulse valve is directly installed on the flange seat on the outer wall of the air bag, and the spray passes through the air bag. According to the instructions, match the appropriate spray pipe and installation parts, and try to avoid flipping the valve at the bottom of the air bag. If the valve is equipped with an air outlet and a plug connector, the plug connector is only used for sealing purposes and cannot be used as a structural support component. It is not possible to rely solely on the plug connector to fix the nozzle and air bag. The spray tube and air bag must be separately fixed.

2. Tighten the blind nut to a maximum torque of 20N? M. Tighten the air outlet pipe to a torque of 20N? M.

3. Connect the control wires to the wiring sockets of each electronic control valve, ensuring that the inlet is not facing upwards to prevent rainwater from flowing in. Or it can be connected to the pneumatic valve and electromagnetic assembly box through a joint and a section of nylon pipe.

4. Ensure that the provided compressed air source is clean and dry. Provide moderate air pressure to the air bag system and check for installation leaks (brush with soapy water to check for bubbles at the interface). Inflate the air bag under pressure (the pressure range of the valve is 0.03~0.86 MPa). It is recommended to inflate the air bag at a high pressure of 0.8 MPa

5. Test the spraying sequence of the pulse valve, listen to all pilot valves for normal operation, and check if the pulse spraying sound is clear.
