Pulse bag filter for coke blocking and dust removal system
The pulse bag filter of the coke blocking and dust removal system adopts a dual technology of coal loading and coke discharge dry dust removal, which combines coal loading and coke discharge dust removal into a set of dust removal system. The coke powder adsorbed on the filter bag during the coke discharge dust removal process is used as a coating, so that the tar and dust sucked into the flue gas during the coal loading process cannot directly contact the filter bag. The coke dust removal and coal loading dust removal operate alternately, and the filter bag is used for a long time without being stuck or blocked. The advantage of the system is that the two subsystems of coal loading dust removal and coke discharge dust removal share one dust collector, one fan, and one set of ash discharge and storage device.
The use effect of pulse bag filter in coke blocking and dust removal system:
(1) By adopting a ground dust removal station system for dust removal, the dust concentration in the production area of the coke oven has been reduced, and the working environment for workers has been purified. The dust control of the coke oven has reached the emission standards of the coking industry and environmental protection.
(2) After process improvement, the system has improved its stability and performance without any accidents.
(3) Due to the simple operation and control, the service life of the system equipment has been extended, especially the extended use time of the cloth bag. The system has been in use for 18 months without changing the bag, achieving the goal of economic operation.
(4) The successful application of frequency conversion technology in this system not only saves electricity costs, but also stabilizes the suction of the system's main pipes, playing a crucial role in the stable operation of the entire dust removal system. At present, our company mainly applies three technologies: 1. The coke blocking adopts a dry pipe belt car, and the furnace top adopts M-pipe gas recovery technology. 2. The coke blocking adopts a dry pipe belt car, and the furnace top adopts smoke guiding technology. 3. Pre spray bag dust removal is adopted, and the furnace top adopts double docking smoke guiding technology.
