Pulse bag filter in coal preparation workshop
The pulse bag filter in the coal preparation workshop has absorbed the advantages of the original pulse bag filter, replaced the original ash unloading system, simplified the structure, and has the characteristics of large gas processing capacity, good purification effect, easy operation, small maintenance amount, stable performance, and operation. Compared with the mechanical vibration type dust collector, it also has the characteristics of low working noise, long service life of filter bags, and no mechanical movement wear. It is suitable to be arranged on the top of various powder storage warehouses to capture various small and dry non fibrous dust, and is a simple dust removal equipment.
Working principle of pulse bag filter in coal preparation workshop:
Dust containing air enters the dust removal box from the bottom of the dust collector. Coarse particles of dust settle down by their own gravity and fall into the ash bin. Fine dust is adsorbed onto the dust in the filter bag through various effects. As time goes on, the accumulation becomes thicker, and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases. The amount of gas processed continuously decreases. In order to maintain the working state of the dust collector and keep the pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to adsorb the accumulated dust outside the bag wall.
The dust cleaning process is carried out by the control instrument issuing instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the specified requirements, causing the filter bag to rapidly shrink, expand, and contract in an instant. During the dust cleaning process, the pressure loss of the dust collector and the amount of dust containing gas being processed are almost unchanged, which is one of the characteristics of pulse bag dust collectors.
