Dust collector for carbon black plant

The filtration process of carbon black dust removal equipment is mainly carried out in stages. It can be seen that the capture of dust removal equipment in the carbon black industry mainly relies on the dust layer formed on the filter material. The filter cloth mainly plays a role in forming and supporting the dust layer, and the initial dust layer should be retained during dust cleaning. Excessive cleaning can cause a significant decrease in efficiency and accelerate the damage to the filter bag.

The production process of carbon black is complex in the selection of dust collectors due to its high temperature and high corrosiveness. Our company has the advantages of large air volume, small footprint, long service life of dust removal bags, and simple equipment operation based on the carbon black bag dust collector.

There are a total of 33 specifications of carbon black dust removal equipment, with four types of bags in each room: 32, 64, 96, and 128. The filter bag length is 2450mm and 3060mm, and the dust collection efficiency can reach above. The dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100mg/m3 (standard). If this series of dust collectors is used in cold areas, a heating device should be installed when the outdoor heating calculation temperature is ≤ -25 ℃.
