Biomass boilers are boilers that use biomass energy as fuel. The efficiency of biomass boilers is above 80%, and the boiler model is large, with sufficient combustion, which improves the boiler efficiency. Up to 88.3%, which is 15% higher than the average efficiency of coal-fired boilers. Moreover, biomass boilers have low installation costs and are environmentally friendly compared to coal-fired boilers.

The biomass boiler dust collector consists of a dust removal bag component, a guide device, a pulse injection system, an ash discharge system, a control system, an offline protection system, and a box body. Dust containing gas enters each unit room through a guide pipe, especially under the action of a guide device. After the large particle dust is separated, it directly falls into the ash hopper, and other dust enters the filtering area of each compartment uniformly with the airflow. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the upper box, lifting valve, and exhaust pipe through the filter bag. As the filtration process progresses, when the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches its thickness, the dust removal control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) closes the lifting valve according to the set program, controls the current unit to go offline, and opens the electromagnetic pulse valve to blow and shake off the dust on the filter bag. The dust that falls into the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve and sent out through the ash conveying system.

The biomass boiler dust collector adopts a combustion equipment suitable for biomass fuel combustion - reciprocating grate. In terms of structural design, boilers have a relatively large furnace space compared to traditional boilers, and a very reasonable arrangement of secondary air is conducive to the full combustion of a large amount of volatile matter that is instantly precipitated during biomass fuel combustion. Boilers can be equipped with fuel (gas) ignition burners to achieve ignition automation. The feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply, and ignition of the boiler can all be automatically controlled, making the operation very convenient. The biomass boiler dust collector is equipped with an automatic dust removal device, which can timely accumulate dust on the heating surface of the boiler and ensure stable operation of the boiler. The boiler tail is equipped with an economizer, and an air preheater can also be installed according to user needs. Compared to traditional boilers, the boiler has high efficiency and low exhaust gas temperature. Using insulation materials, the surface temperature of the boiler is low, and the heat dissipation loss can be ignored. Strictly follow Chinese regulations and standards for production, and all pressure parts are made of boiler steel.

The efficiency of biomass boilers is generally above 80%. With a large boiler model and sufficient combustion, the efficiency of the boiler is also high. Up to 88.3%, 15% higher than the average efficiency of coal-fired boilers. Although biomass boilers have high efficiency, they still produce dust that pollutes the environment. So corresponding dust collectors are needed to solve the problem. Biomass boiler dust collectors have emerged.

The treatment process of biomass boiler dust collector is to treat the flue gas generated during the production process of each boiler separately. The smoke generated by the boiler. Dust enters the cyclone dust collector through the suction pipeline. At this time, the large particles in the smoke and dust are separated by the centrifugal force of the cyclone dust collector. The large particle dust is discharged by the cyclone dust collector, and the small particle dust enters the bag dust collector. After being filtered by a filter bag, the dust adhering to the surface of the cloth bag is first concentrated in the ash hopper of the dust collector through pulse blowing, and then recycled or utilized using a feeding controller. The purified gas treated by the bag filter is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney through a fan. By using a bag filter to treat boiler dust containing flue gas, the pollution of smoke and dust to the surrounding environment can be reduced, achieving the goal of clean production.

Performance characteristics of biomass boiler dust collector:

1. The treatment mode of using a two-stage combined dust collector unit has solved the problem of difficult treatment of biomass boiler flue gas.

2. The dust collector is arranged outdoors, with a seismic intensity of 7 degrees and consideration given to rain, frost, and wind protection.

3. Using compressed air electromagnetic pulse spraying for dust cleaning, controlled by an intelligent controller, with good automation and stable performance.

4. We have selected high-performance PPS dust removal filter material to make dust removal bags, and designed a filtration speed of no more than 0.7m/min, which not only prolongs the service life of the bags but also reduces the emission concentration.

Design principles for biomass boiler dust collector:

1. The design and selection of dust removal equipment follow the principle of "technology, economy, and practicality";

2. The selected dust collector is practical and has the characteristics of stable operation, low resistance, low energy consumption, good dust removal effect, and small footprint;

3. The design should achieve investment savings and low operating costs.
