Spring frame

Spring frame (spring bag cage) is a supporting product of external filter dust collectors, which is divided into two types: Venturi tube and non Venturi tube. It has elasticity. Due to the limitation of indoor space, there is no space at the top of the dust collector to replace the dust frame. Therefore, spring frame or (plug-in) multi section dust collector frame was used in the design.

The diameter of the spring skeleton is generally less than 130 millimeters, and it is wound with steel wire with a diameter of 5 millimeters. After stretching, it is generally 35 turns/meter, and the stretching length is generally 1.5 meters, 2 meters, and 2.5 meters. The surface of the post-treatment is galvanized, and the spring skeleton is designed with a strong structure and long service life.

Spring frame material: low-carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire.

Surface treatment: including galvanizing, spray coating, treatment, surface silicon spraying, etc.

Product application: Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, power generation, chemical industry, food, and waste incinerators.

1. It is better to have a larger inner diameter of the ring, which should be able to block the thin round steel of the cage and not allow it to penetrate.

2. The design of the ash hopper should consider opening a hole to allow people to enter and place ash inside. When entering the ash hopper for work, people should wear a dust mask.

Cleaning method for dust accumulation at the bottom of the spring skeleton filter bag:

1. Gas cleaning: Gas cleaning is the process of using high-pressure gas or external atmospheric backflushing to remove accumulated dust from the filter bag. Gas cleaning includes pulse jet cleaning, reverse air cleaning, and reverse suction air cleaning.

2. Mechanical vibration cleaning: It is divided into top vibration cleaning and middle vibration cleaning. It uses the mechanical vibration device to periodically rotate the vibration of each row of filter bags to remove dust accumulation on the filter bags.
